Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the limited-edition nature of BRHION STUDIO drops, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@brhionstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange an exchange for the same item (subject to availability) or issue store credit at our discretion. No cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.
